Tiffanie had an exceptional week at 'The Australian Ballet' and as expected she has absorbed and loved every moment. Dancing alongside Australia's best was a thrilling experience as they prepared for their opening night of 'The Nutcracker' - Tiffanie walked the backstage corridors of the State Theatre, watched the dress rehearsals travelled out to the Wardrobe Warehouse, visited the 'Shoe Fairy' to try on specifically crafted Pointe Shoes.
A highlight for Tiffanie was a private coaching session with Madeleine Eastoe (former principal dancer) learning 'The Sugarplum Fairy solo' - private coaching at that level is such a rare opportunity. Tiffanie had a few quiet moments working in a studio on her own each day giving her a chance to reflect on her daily classes, the dancers and teachers she met every day and the surreal experience of sitting in the dressing rooms, the dancers lounge and eating in the Dancers deli - Stephen Heathcote AM, Fiona Tonkin OAM, Megan Connelly and Elizabeth Toohey. Such a successful week - congratulations Tiffanie.
