The truck arrives from the Adelaide markets on Wednesday and Saturday's unload straight onto the shelves. The market opens at 3.00pm - 7.00pm Wednesdays and 8.00am-12.00pm Saturdays. Peta assesses each client which enables her to prepare specific routine exercises for each client and allows her to supervise their recovery.
Ballet for all ages
The Australian Dance Academy has classes for all age groups and children are able to begin classes at any time during the year. Students can register at 3 years of age knowing that the love of dancing will keep you fit, inspired and motivated for a lifetime. Dance training is considered long-term training for the growing body.
Ballet for Adults
Adults love their dance classes which are held on Saturday's and Wednesday's - these classes are for any age, beginners or experienced and every adult is welcome. A diverse class of dance without pressure keeping everyone fit, stimulated and inspired. A special group of amazing people - Alice Springs is full of surprises and these classes have to be experienced to be believed. Teachers Lynne and Gypsy love teaching ballet to anyone who is interested.
Duprada Dance Company
A well kept secret that is surprising and unique. A Semi-professional Ballet Company right in the middle of Australia celebrating it's 40th Anniversary in 2024. Performing in 4 or 5 seasons each year covering both ends of the Territory.
A unique company brining the traditional Classical Ballets to our community. Duprada has a strong repertoire of breathtaking classical and neo-classical choreography enhanced by Contemporary works that surprise everyone who is in the audience. Araluen Arts Centre is our second home and we travel the world bring the best of the best to the Territory.
