Service Description
Erin is a very experienced equipment based (clinical) Pilates Instructor. Her priority is Duprada Dance Company's full time training programme for professional dancers. Erin is a professional dancer herself, mother of three children and has a passion working with clients to reach their goals. Erin's students range from young adults to senior citizens, all working on body awareness with good muscle alignment, increased strength and flexibility.

Cancellation options can vary: Please book by 6.00pm Thursdays. Class cancellations are rare, however in the case of class cancellation you will be notified by email or text by 8.30pm Thursdays
